How does the all Purpose, Bathroom and Window cleaner work?

1. Grab two tablets from your refill pack and pop them into your refill bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water and leave some space at the neck of the bottle for effective spray action.
3. Wait 10-15 minutes and give it a gentle swirl - and you're ready to start cleaning!

What temperature water should I use to dissolve the All Purpose, Bathroom and Window cleaner tablets?

Just add lukewarm to warm tap water to the tablets in your refill bottle. It doesn't really matter which you add first. Just wait 10-15 minutes for your tablets to dissolve.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Our cleaners are crafted with natural and naturally-derived ingredients, so you can feel good about what's going into your home. We never include any known allergens in our products to keep them as hypoallergenic as possible--even though we have yet to do specific testing for that purpose.

Why can't I just purchase the refill tablets?

Of course you can. If you were looking for a one-time purchase, our Refill Packs provide just the tablets - perfect for those who want to avoid constantly reordering. However, if you're in need of something more sustainable and convenient, our Goodfill Bottles are designed with your experience in mind as well as infinite reuse! Check out the Shop page for more information on both options.

Where can I find your ingredients?

Our ingredients are listed on the back of our refill packs. Alternatively you can view the ingredients we use in our tablets here.

Are your products disinfecting or antibacterial?

No, we do not make that claim. We do not make any disinfectant or antibacterial specifications whatsoever, since we refuse to employ biocides in our products due to the dangerous implications for human and environmental wellness. Above all else at Goodfill, we are determined to produce items that are optimally effective while also being safe and healthy.

Our Multi-surface and Bathroom cleaners are designed to tackle grease, grime and other dirt in order to keep your surfaces looking pristine. To back up our claims, we have had third parties test us with major brands - the results can be read on our blog! Moreover, not only does our bathroom cleaner help remove stains from mold but also soap scum as well.

Are Goodfill products cruelty free?

With great pride, we affirm that no animals were hurt in the production of our items -- as animal lovers ourselves, it's simply not an option!

Are Goodfill products pet-safe?

By omitting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from our product, it is safe for use in the presence of your animals and pets.

Are Goodfill products organic?

To provide you with the highest quality products, we source only premium natural ingredients, but are not Certified Organic.

Are Goodfill products vegan?

At Goodfill, we proudly use only vegan ingredients in all of our formulations, which are never made from animal byproducts.

Where can I find the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for your products?

We are in the process of obtaining our SDS. In the meanwhile you can rest assured, as our products are formulated by professional chemists using only natural ingredients that are reputable for their safe use around you and your loved ones.

What Surfaces Can I use the Spray Cleaners On?

Our All Purpose Cleaner is perfect for cleaning sealed wood, counters and stone surfaces like marble, granite, quartz, travertine or terrazzo. 

The Bathroom Cleaner tackles tubs & tile as well as shower walls with ease! 

And our Glass + Window Cleaner quickly wipes away fingerprints and smudges from windows, glass doors and mirrors.

Can I use the All Purpose Cleaner to clean my floors?

Our All Purpose cleaner is specially formulated for sealed surfaces, making it perfect for spot cleaning any area on the floor that has a sealant. However, this product should not be used to clean unsealed floors.

Are your products septic safe?

Yes, our products are septic tank friendly.  We steer clear of solvents, chlorine bleach and other harsh substances which can detrimentally affect your septic system's functionality.

Can I customise a kit or refill pack?

Not at present.

Can you provide a sample?

We're delighted that you're interested in Goodfill! Unfortunately, we don't have samples for distribution. However, feel free to order and if it's not what you expected, simply take advantage of our free returns within 100 days after the shipment is dispatched. How it Works

How do I create my Goodfill cleaner?

Using your Goodfill product is so simple, it almost sounds too good to be true. Create a cleaner that’s safe for your home and family in just three easy steps!

1. Grab two tablets from your refill pack and pop them into your refill bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water and leave some space at the neck of the bottle for effective spray action.

How long will one bottle last?

Our bottles' contents will provide you with the same duration of use as conventional cleaning spray bottles, so you can count on them for long-term effectiveness. No two cleaning routines are the same, so it can be hard to determine how long one bottle of our solution will last you. If you are a household of 1-2 people a bottle could last you a month or longer. If you are a larger household of 4-6 people a bottle could last you a couple of weeks.

Does the bottle have to be completely empty before refilling?

To ensure optimum results, we suggest that you rinse and empty the bottle before proceeding to refill it with two new tablets. Two tablets are intended to make 500ml of cleaner which matches with the capacity of our bottles. Make sure to dissolve them in water for an effective clean every time!

Do I need to shake the bottle to dissolve?

Nope, just add water and gently swirl. Just dissolve the two tablets with lukewarm water in your Goodfill Bottle for a 10-15mins - no shaking or stirring needed!

How many times can I reuse the bottle?

Just as the name implies, our Goodfill Bottle is meant to be used forever so you never have to throw it away. It's meant to be reused. Unlike many conventional disposable cleaning bottles, our cleaning bottles are made of HDPE plastic, made to be reusable, recyclable, durable, lightweight and eco-friendly.

How much cleaning solution does two tablets make?

Why is the Goodfill bottle empty?

We believe in cutting down on needless expenses and taking responsibility for our environmental impact. As such, we welcome you to fill your bottle with water at home. Shipping pre-filled bottles isn't necessary — let's make a positive contribution in decreasing our carbon footprint!

How many refill packs do I need?

The amount of refill packs you should purchase depends on how regularly you clean, the size of your home and family, as well as what purpose it is used for. If you're finding it difficult to decide which refill pack best suits your needs, reach out by  e-mail – our team is here to help!

Can I clean the toilet with the bathroom cleaner?

No, our bathroom cleaner does not clean the inside of the toilet bowl, but does clean the exterior. Make sure you use a bathroom-specific disinfectant. You are welcome to use our bathroom cleaner to clean your toilet bowl, but our product is not a replacement for the typical bleach based toilet cleaner. We are currently working on a toilet bowl cleaning tablet - so watch this space.

Can I use the all purpose cleaner on most surfaces?

Yes, our all purpose cleaner is a multi-surface cleaner and is safe to use on most surfaces.

Can I use a bottle I have at home?

Our Goodfill Bottles are made of HDPE, a shatter-proof material, making them the perfect choice for all your cleaning needs. Even better, they were specifically designed to provide an optimal consumer experience with our refill cleaning tablets. Reusing these bottles is not only easy and convenient but also eco-friendly!

What are the Bottles made of?

Our Goodfill refill bottles are made of HDPE plastic. HDPE is a widely used and safe recyclable packaging material used in food and non food products. Not that you’ll ever have to recycle our refill bottle! Our Goodfill bottles are meant to be used and reused!

Is Goodfill packaging recyclable?

All our shipping packaging is recyclable. Our tablet zip bags are compostable and recyclable. See here for the method to compost our sachets.  

How do I dispose of Goodfill packaging?

All our shipping packaging is recyclable. You can take it to a recycling centre or drop off point in your local area. Our tablet zip bags are compostable and recyclable. 

Can I purchase a replacement cleaning spray trigger?

With repetitive use over time our triggers may lose functionality. We are happy to replace triggers free of charge within 100 days of purchase. If you are having trouble with your spray trigger, please drop us a message by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom of our homepage. Alternatively if your trigger has failed outside of the 100 day window, you can purchase a replacement trigger here.
